2025 ESSENTIAL SKILLS DAY CAMP

This camp will focus on enhancing players’ skills and concepts with a variety of instructional and competitive drills and games. Each day will consist of two (2) ice sessions, an off ice workout, and a lecture. On-Ice sessions will be 75 minutes each. Off-Ice workouts will focus on techniques and drills players can utilize throughout their season and at home with an emphasis on acceleration and quickness drills, as well as game and practice preparation. Lectures will focus on various conceptual portions of the sport as well as leadership and practice habits.
